Mrs. P A Lisha was born in Thrissur district, Kerala to Ashokan and Latha Ashokan in the year 1983.  After completeting her education , she started her carrier in different organisations and then she stepped into the world of entrepreneurship. She is currently handling the directorial post of
Newyear Golden tea, Newyear News, News Developers and Newyear Chits. Mrs Lisha beautifully handles the charitable wing of Newyear Group of Companies. In the year 2009 she married
Dr. M.M Prasad , Managaing Director of Newyear Group of companies and have two beautiful
children.

Mr. M.P. Unnikrishnan, was born in the year 1949 in Kerala. After completing his schooling migrated to Bangalore, where he continued his graduation and masters from Bangalore University. He has also taken LLB from Bangalore University. He started his career in Tata Finlay Limited as Marketing Officer and also served in Tata group for nearly 40 years. He was retired from Tata group as all India sales head. After that he served as senior Vice President in BAMS Condiments for a period of 10 years. Again he joined his hands with AVT, Eastern Condiments, Taste buds, etc. for serval years. Once again he joined his hands with Tata Group in merging with Tetley along with his colleague Mr.R.K. Krishnakumar Executive director of Tata Group.

Mr. M.P. Unnikrishnan, was very much well versed in Branding, Marketing of the products. He was man who reads the taste and requirement of the person who wishes to taste a good and natural foods for the value of the money he pays. Anand Swarup Shukla was born on 6th October 1979 in Ballia, Uttar Pradesh. He has completed M.Sc in Mathematics, M.A in Political science and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed). Anand swarup shukla is a Indian politician and member of Bharatiya janata party. 
He has been Member of 17th Legislative Assembly of Uttar Pradesh of India from 2017 to 2022 and Minister of state for Parliamentary Affairs ,Rural development and Overall village development in Uttar Pradesh government.
He became a volunteer of the RSS in the age of 12. On 12th January 1994, he was appointed as a co-district head of Akhila Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad at Ballia. On 21st March 1998, he was elected as a President of the College where he was doing his graduation. He did 10 days Padayathra in his constituency during February 2011. He held many positions as a full time worker and worked as a coordination in-charge in many States like Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand and recently in 2022 Gujarat election.

Mr. Udayakumar Govindasamy is a well known planter from a 3rd generation plantation family. His family has nearly eight decades of competency in the management of tea plantations across India and Sri Lanka. He completed his Plantation Management course in the year 1985 and currently manages Billimalai Tea Estate, a family-owned Tea plantation.

His wife Mrs. Susithra Udayakumar is also from a reputed Plantation background family and they are blessed with two daughters, both of them are excelling in their respective fields. Elder daughter Mrs Aarthi is a famous clinical counsellor at North Sydney and Younger daughter is a well-known fashion designer operating from Chennai.

He alongside his wife as a partner formed brand Avataa a decade ago and produces some of the world’s Best Tea and hailed many national and International awards within short span of time. He is regarded as synonymous to innovation in tea, as Avataa products had reflected the pristine quality of Nilgiri Tea in many International platforms including London Olympics. Tea Board of India had recognized the service of Mr. Udayakumar by awarding the Innovation Award in the year 2013 for developing new varieties of Tea. Interestingly the demand for the Specialty teas of this estate is so high, leaving the entire annual harvest to get pre-sold making history in the Southern Tea plantation sector.

Teas are extremely personal and he believes that every person deserves to know from where their tea come. The lush Green Tea bushes at Billimalai Estate situated at an altitude of 1800 MT in the midst of the Blue Mountain hill at Nilgiris is the home to myriad rare clones and more than 2700 species of flora and fauna...from which the finest leaves are carefully handpicked and perfectly packed, all while keeping it closest to its natural state.

He is also committed to supporting his farmers and looking after their welfare and also very serious about preserving the planet for the sustainance of the human race in the long run. His commitment to the conservation and preservation of Ecosystem, Environment and the Nature had been authenticated by getting The Rainforest Alliance Certificate for his garden.

He is also a pioneer in establishing a Coir pith manufacturing unit in India way back in 1993. Quality products from this unit is exported to all over the world.

Mr.Udayakumar’s expertise on Tea is well recognized by many tea gardens in India and abroad, particularly Sri Lanka for the selection of Tea machinery. Thereby he is into export business in trading for the last two decade.

CA. Dr. Binoy J. Kattadiyil is an Economist & Investor in portfolio management, private-equity projects as Founder of 3C Capitals. A project professional with over two decades of experience, he has worked with the likes of Kerzner, IBBI, 3C Capitals etc. in fields as diverse as corporate governance, project  development, re-engineering re-structuring and   private equity funding. He was earlier the Managing Director IPA  division of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India and also for a SEBI licensed portfolio management and infrastructure development Group in India, prior to which he was the Finance Director for the iconic development of Atlantis, The Palm Jumeirah project in Middle East. Academically he is Post-doc, Higher Doctor of Economic Science (DSc) in Management, Doctorate (PhD) in Finance, Fellow Chartered   Accountant (FCA), research Masters in Economics (MS), Masters in Business Administration (MBA), Masters in Law (LLM). He is a member of different professional bodies like Royal Economic Society UK, Turnaround Management Association USA, INSOL India, Urban Land Institute USA, International Bar Association UK, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners USA and Indian Council of Arbitrators. He been a member to the advisory committee for Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Foreign Direct Investment in India.

T.C Sethumadhavan who was born in 1964 at Kodakara, Thrissur district is an active personality in the fields of social-cultural-trade union. He, who started his career in Apollo Tyres, Perambra after completing his graduation became the best Labour leader and gained popularity in a very short period.
